Join us every Sunday morning at 9:00am for a ruck along the river! What's rucking? Simply put, it's walking with a weighted backpack. How much weight and distance is up to you - we recommend 10-20 pounds to start. The weekly ruck will vary in distance (5 miles is average, but can be modified for all) and is suitable for all, including kids and pups (on leash). Unsure about carrying weight? Come out and walk with us anyway! Rucking is all about working out together.
Meet at Lloyd Hall parking lot. We normally ruck for 2-3 hours (and will increase as we train for the 50 mile star course in October!) but can loop back to drop off anyone who has to leave earlier.
